Medical Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing daily activities of the accounts receivable team, the remote Medical Accounts Receivable Supervisor will manage inventory, conduct staff training, and ensure timely follow-up on collections.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate follow-up activities to meet collection goals and ensure equitable work assignments
• Perform weekly quality assurance reviews and staff productivity assessments
• Provide training, feedback, and disciplinary actions as necessary to team members

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a hospital business office or similar setting
• Experience in hospital/facility billing and home infusion billing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
• High level of integrity and dependability, with a results-oriented mindset
