Job Summary

Providing comprehensive admissions support for students in the Dean's Circle program, the part-time contract Dean's Circle Admissions Expert will guide applicants through the medical school admissions process, offering personalized feedback on application components and ensuring timely completion of tasks in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one advising and essay reviews for students applying to medical and healthcare professional programs
• Respond to student inquiries and manage application timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule
• Conduct intake assessments and maintain continuous communication with students to maximize their chances of acceptance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five to eight years of medical admissions committee experience
• Medical Degree (MD or DO) preferred; a graduate-level degree (master's or above) is required
• In-depth knowledge of the premedical path and medical school admissions process
• Proven record of delivering strong customer service and student success in admissions support
• Technical proficiency with strong internet connectivity for remote advising
