Job Summary

Leading the development and execution of integrated congress strategies, the remote Associate Director, Medical Affairs Congress Strategy will maximize the scientific and strategic value of congress participation across various cardiovascular programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of annual and multi-year congress strategies aligned with Medical Affairs objectives
• Support Medical Affairs activities throughout the congress lifecycle, including planning, execution, and post-congress assessments
• Develop and manage integrated congress planning processes, timelines, and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting major medical congresses
• Strong understanding of scientific communications and evidence dissemination
• Demonstrated project leadership skills in complex cross-functional environments
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
