Medical Affairs Project Manager
Job Summary
To enhance and scale the Scientific Medical Intelligence platform, the full-time Associate Director, Medical Affairs Intelligence Capability Lead will manage project requirements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the effective rollout of intelligence capabilities in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project management for scaling and evolving intelligence capabilities, including requirements gathering and delivery timelines
- Serve as the business-facing subject matter expert, articulating platform capabilities and supporting agile delivery of enhancements
- Partner with various teams to ensure consistent rollout of capabilities while accommodating local affiliate needs and compliance standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management within a technology or analytics-enabled environment
- Previous experience with enterprise Medical Affairs data and technology platforms
- Strong technical fluency in data concepts and ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements
- Experience managing complex programs across global, matrixed organizations
