Job Summary
To support Medical Affairs initiatives, the full-time temporary Medical Affairs Strategic Planning & Execution Lead will manage complex cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic goals in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for Medical Affairs initiatives, developing integrated project plans and monitoring progress
- Coordinate activities across various functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on project objectives
- Support the development and execution of strategic plans and manage project budgets, forecasting, and tracking expenditures
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or a related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, or Medical Operations
- Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional projects
- Strong strategic thinking and execution skills
- Proficiency with project management tools and reporting systems
