Job Summary

To support patient care in an ambulatory setting, the full-time Clinical Calls Representative will manage incoming clinical calls from various stakeholders, document patient information accurately, and ensure compliance with departmental processes while working onsite in Cincinnati, OH.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming clinical calls, addressing patient concerns and relaying information to clinic staff as needed
• Provide accurate documentation and utilize clinical and administrative computer programs to access patient information
• Collaborate effectively with the clinical team to achieve departmental goals and maintain a cooperative work environment

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
• Medical Assistant Certification preferred
• 1 - 2 years of equivalent experience required; 3 - 5 years preferred
