Job Summary

To support a growing call center, the full-time Medical Billing Call Center Representative will greet patients, manage inquiries, and process billing information while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide one-call resolution to customer inquiries
• Update confidential information, process payments, and manage internal work queues
• Respond to patient inquiries and collaborate with collection agencies and attorneys regarding billing matters

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in a high-volume call center or customer support role, preferably in healthcare
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer service focus
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated team player
• Capability to sit for prolonged periods and lift items weighing up to 10 pounds
