Job Summary

Working remotely or on-site, the full-time Revenue Cycle Medical Billing Specialist will manage billing for specialty transports, ensuring accurate claims submission and reimbursement collection.

Key responsibilities

• Verify eligibility and benefits through payor portals and phone calls
• Prepare and file claims according to payor requirements while following up on claims for timely processing
• Review EOBs and appeal denied claims to secure appropriate reimbursement

Required qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Minimum 1 year of call center experience
• Minimum 1 year of medical billing experience
• Experience reading and interpreting EOBs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
