Medical Claims Senior Consultant

Job Summary

Managing the day-to-day functions of a claims team, the fully remote Medical Claims Senior Consultant will oversee the adjudication of life claims, respond to escalated customer issues, and ensure compliance with state regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to escalated customer issues and manage the adjudication of life claims
• Plan, implement, and manage the workflow of claims employees to enhance departmental effectiveness
• Maintain reporting for financial and procedural accuracy while reviewing production quality and cross-training tasks

Required qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• 3 or more years of relevant experience (preferred)
• In lieu of education, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
