Job Summary

To support a cutting-edge GenAI team, the part-time temporary Knowledge Expert Coder - Medical will guide research teams, evaluate annotation quality, and directly annotate data while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Guide research teams to improve AI model performance and ensure accuracy in training data
• Evaluate and grade the quality of annotations for Supervised Fine Tuning and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback
• Directly annotate data for key tasks, including writing responses and assessing output quality

Required qualifications

• MD or DO with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Medicine
• Experience with Claude code/AI tools and proficiency in a programming language such as Python, C, or C++
• Demonstrated deep knowledge and expertise in the Medical field
• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate annotation quality and provide actionable feedback
• Experience teaching advanced concepts and distilling complex problems into logical steps
