Job Summary
To support a cutting-edge GenAI team, the full-time temporary Knowledge Expert Coder with MD License will guide research teams, evaluate annotation quality, and directly annotate data, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Guide research teams to improve AI model performance and ensure consistency in training data
- Evaluate and grade the quality of annotations for Supervised Fine Tuning and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback
- Directly annotate data and provide feedback to optimize annotation quality when necessary
Required qualifications
- MD or DO degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Medicine
- Experience with Claude code/AI tools (3+ years)
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate trends and provide actionable feedback
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
