Job Summary
To support a cutting-edge GenAI team, the full-time temporary Medical Coder with MD or DO will guide research teams, evaluate annotation quality, and directly annotate data while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Guide research teams to improve AI model performance and ensure consistency in training data
- Evaluate and grade annotation quality for Supervised Fine Tuning and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback
- Directly annotate data for key tasks, including writing SFT responses and judging output quality
Required qualifications
- MD or DO degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the medical field
- Experience with Claude code/AI tools and proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C, or C++
- Demonstrated deep understanding and expertise in the medical field
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and evaluate annotation quality
