Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of medical payers, the full-time Medical Collections Specialist will ensure timely processing of invoices, research denials, and meet performance metrics in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage collections, aging, and denials efficiently for a portfolio of accounts
• Research and resolve claim denials while maintaining compliance with payer rules
• Meet daily, monthly, and quarterly collection goals set by management

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Insurance Collections
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• High school diploma or GED required
