Medical Communications Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing all aspects of medical communications projects remotely, the full-time Medical Communications Project Manager will oversee content development, advisory boards, and speaker training while ensuring client expectations and project budgets are met.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and faculty members
• Manage budgeting, financial monitoring, and reconciliation of individual projects
• Facilitate progress of multidisciplinary project teams to ensure on-time and within-budget performance

Required qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree is required
• Three to five years of relevant project management experience in a healthcare communications environment
• Strong technical aptitude with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to grasp and retain scientific information
