Job Summary

Supporting aligned Managing Editors, the remote Medical Copy Editor will manage editing, proofreading, and data checking tasks while ensuring adherence to relevant style guidelines and maintaining editorial standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supports Managing Editors and their aligned teams to address daily and evolving needs
• Maintains knowledge of relevant style guidelines for aligned accounts, including client-specific, AMA, and Chicago styles
• Reviews content for grammatical and stylistic standards, as well as narrative coherence when requested

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree is required
• At least 5 years of medical editing experience
• Experience with multiple therapeutic areas and media formats preferred
• Publications experience required
• Experience with EndNote required
