Medical Data Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting military and public health initiatives, the full-time Medical Data Analyst I will analyze and interpret health and administrative data remotely, developing reports and analytical products that inform decision-making and enhance force health protection.
Key responsibilities
- Review and maintain large datasets, including medical and military administrative data, ensuring effective data analyses
- Develop public health study deliverables and monitoring products, while assisting in data collection and documentation
- Implement data quality assurance processes and advise teams on analytic project plans to enhance data validity and accuracy
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Public Health, or a related field
- One or more years of experience with healthcare, public health, or military datasets
- Proficiency in SAS programming for data management and analysis
- Experience in developing technical reports and presentations related to public health data
- Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
