Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Medical Director for a remote, full-time role focused on content strategy and development in the Neurology therapeutic area, responsible for translating Medical Affairs objectives into compliant, channel-ready content and guiding production teams from concept to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Translate Medical Affairs priorities into actionable content strategies and develop creative briefs
• Guide the development of medical copy and provide strategic direction to content production resources
• Create content guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all channels

Required qualifications

• A medical degree or advanced Life Science degree/PharmD with a minimum of 5 years of experience in neurology or related therapeutic areas
• Familiarity with medical strategy, content development, and channel activation
• Experience in clinical or biopharmaceutical settings preferred
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and compliance
