Medical Director, Global Strategy

Job Summary

Supporting strategic and tactical excellence in Global Medical Affairs, the full-time Associate Medical Director, Global Medical Strategy will lead key initiatives, manage projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of global medical affairs strategies and tactical plans for assigned assets
• Support evidence generation activities and the development of evidence generation plans aligned with asset strategy
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key external experts and stakeholders to enhance scientific engagement

Required Qualifications

• MD, DO, PharmD, or PhD in a relevant life sciences discipline required
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Medical Affairs Strategy in CNS, including psychiatry or related therapeutic areas preferred
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to medical strategy development and execute cross-functional initiatives
• Experience supporting evidence generation activities and scientific communications
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical development and applicable industry regulations
