Medical Director, Global Strategy

Job Summary

Supporting Medical Directors and Franchise Leads, the full-time remote Associate Medical Director, Global Medical Strategy will drive strategic and tactical excellence across assigned therapeutic area assets by leading key initiatives, managing projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of global medical affairs strategies and tactical plans for assigned assets
• Support the identification of evidence gaps and the execution of evidence generation plans aligned with asset strategy
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key external experts and stakeholders to support scientific engagement activities

Required Qualifications

• MD, DO, PharmD, or PhD in a relevant life sciences discipline required
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Medical Affairs Strategy
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to medical strategy development and execute cross-functional initiatives
• Experience supporting evidence generation activities and scientific communications
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical development and Medical Affairs functions
