Job Summary
Providing clinical leadership across a multi-vertical telehealth platform, the full-time Medical Director - Multi-State Licensed will supervise and mentor MD/DO providers, develop clinical protocols, and ensure compliance and quality of care while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate MD/DO providers, establishing performance metrics and conducting chart audits
- Develop and maintain evidence-based clinical protocols and treatment guidelines across service lines
- Identify clinical risk trends and partner with Legal/Compliance on regulatory requirements and incident investigations
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO with active, unrestricted medical license; multi-state licensure preferred
- Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., Family Medicine, Internal Medicine)
- 8+ years of clinical practice experience, including in telehealth
- Experience supervising or collaborating with NPs and/or PAs across multiple states
- Demonstrated experience developing clinical protocols or guidelines
