Job Summary
To support a growing Medical Disability Exam Services team, the full-time Case Building Supervisor will manage and coach a team, track performance, and ensure workflow efficiency in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise team members by identifying training needs, developing work schedules, and discussing job performance concerns
- Ensure departmental service level requirements and goals are met
- Participate in the interviewing, selecting, and onboarding of new employees
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years of previous Medical Disability Exam Services (MDES) case building experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Eligibility for a public trust clearance
- Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
