Medical Economics Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as a key analytical partner to business leaders, the full-time remote Medical Economics Business Insights Analyst will translate complex data into actionable insights that drive financial performance and improve total cost of care across Medicaid, ACA, Medicare Advantage, and ASO lines of business.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with business leaders to understand priorities and reporting needs while ensuring insights are tied to financial impact
• Develop and deliver executive-ready reporting focused on performance trends and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards using visualization tools, partnering with internal teams to enhance reporting tools and user experience

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, medical economics, finance, or analytics
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, Excel modeling, or similar analytics platforms
• Preferred experience supporting Medicaid or other health plan lines of business
