Job Summary

To support a dynamic editorial team, the full-time Medical Editor will manage the editing, fact-checking, and regulatory compliance of pharmaceutical advertising materials, collaborating remotely with various stakeholders across digital and print formats.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and ensure regulatory compliance for marketing materials aimed at healthcare professionals and patients
• Fact-check and proof existing copy for adaptation to new channels and audiences
• Provide medical, regulatory, and legal expertise to maintain accuracy within FDA guidelines and brand standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, English, journalism, or life sciences with 3+ years of experience in editing pharmaceutical promotional materials
• Knowledge of AMA style and familiarity with FDA requirements for drug promotion preferred
• Proactive and able to perform literature searches and understand scientific literature
• Experience with Veeva is a plus
• Experience across various therapeutic areas and product launches is a plus
