Job Summary
Supporting the Medical Information team during US working hours, the full-time Medical Information Associate will manage initial adverse event and medical information inquiries in English, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting of events while providing approved responses to external customers.
Key responsibilities
- Provide approved responses to medical inquiries from US healthcare professionals, patients, and pharmaceutical clients
- Accurately document and report adverse events, special situation events, and product quality complaints within required timeframes
- Track and document all medical information inquiries within the Medical Information database
Required qualifications
- Healthcare-related degree in life sciences or biomedical fields (e.g., chemistry, biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, nursing)
- Advanced English skills, both verbal and written
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
- Comfortable working US hours and receiving inquiries by phone
- Ability to perform out-of-hours service if required
