Medical Information Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Medical Information Contact Center, the full-time Medical Information Specialist will manage responses to medical and safety inquiries from healthcare professionals and consumers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to requests for medical and safety information, providing accurate labeled and unlabeled responses
• Document and report adverse events and product complaints in accordance with regulations and internal SOPs
• Perform quality checks on logged inquiries and maintain compliance with privacy policies and health and safety regulations

Required qualifications

• Life science degree
• Working knowledge of medical terminology, pathophysiology, and pharmacology
• Proficiency in English, including strong writing skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office and document management systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under deadlines
