Detail-oriented and customer-focused, the full-time Remote Medical Insurance Verification Specialist will assist patients in obtaining coverage for prescription medications while managing inbound and outbound calls to patients and insurance companies.
Key responsibilities

- Utilize call center software to complete account research and update notes
- Adhere to call center metrics and HIPAA regulations
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of recent medical insurance verification or benefits experience
- Previous experience in prior authorization and claims
- Must have a quiet, secure location at home to work
- Good communication skills
