Driving strategic client engagements, the full-time Medical Lead will manage advisory services in Medical Affairs and Medical Excellence while contributing to capability building and growth, working remotely across the USA.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and deliver strategic advisory engagements across Medical Affairs for life sciences clients
- Shape solutions related to medical strategy, portfolio planning, and AI-enabled Medical Affairs
- Develop actionable roadmaps to enhance Medical Affairs strategy and operations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health economics, pharmacy administration, biostatistics, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, health outcomes research, or scientific consulting
- Strong knowledge of health outcomes research and epidemiology principles
- Experience in developing client-ready recommendations and strategic deliverables
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver complex consulting assignments independently
