Job Summary

To manage complex medical malpractice claims, the full-time remote Medical Malpractice Claims Specialist will analyze and resolve technically difficult claims while coordinating case management and ensuring high levels of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzes and processes complex medical malpractice claims, developing action plans for timely resolution
• Conducts investigations and monitors reserve adequacy throughout the claim lifecycle
• Coordinates legal defense and settlement strategies to optimize claim outcomes and reduce costs

Required qualifications

• 6 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Professional certification as applicable to the line of business preferred
