Medical Outcomes Manager
Job Summary
To support the North America Medical Affairs team, the full-time contract Medical Outcomes Manager will develop scientific content, provide operational analytics, and collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scientific, clinical, and educational materials for payer and stakeholder engagements
- Collect, analyze, and report on HSPM field-interaction data and activity metrics to drive insights and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and accuracy of scientific and payer-facing materials
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree in a scientific, clinical, pharmacy, public health, health economics, data analytics, or related discipline
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, or related life-sciences environment
- Experience supporting Medical Affairs, clinical affairs, scientific communications, or related functions
- Strong scientific writing, editing, and presentation-development skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, cross-functional environment
