Job Summary

Overseeing daily operations and financial activities, the full-time Supervisor, Medical Posting will ensure accurate posting of payments and denials, manage insurance coverage reviews, and assist patients with financial requirements in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate posting of payments, adjustments, and denials
• Review insurance coverage and obtain financial clearance from insurance companies
• Train and guide staff to provide patients with financial clearance and assistance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in performance management and team leadership
• Proficiency in office software and relevant computer applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
