Medical Program Lead
Job Summary
To support the launch of an Immunology asset, the full-time Medical Program Lead will manage the execution of medical pre-launch and launch activities, ensuring adherence to scientific and ethical standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with key opinion leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Build and execute global medical strategy and tactical plans for the Immunology asset
- Manage engagement with global key opinion leaders and contribute to clinical development activities
- Provide scientific input for internal and external communications, publications, and training materials
Required qualifications
- Over 8 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, particularly in Medical Affairs
- Experience with global or regional product launches
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic medical plans
- Strong skills in evaluating and analyzing medical/scientific literature
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with key external stakeholders
