Job Summary

To support efficient healthcare data management, the full-time remote Medical Records Data Entry Specialist will accurately input patient information into internal systems and client EMR platforms while ensuring HIPAA compliance and maintaining data integrity.

Key responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update patient data in internal and client-facing systems
• Access and navigate multiple EMR platforms to retrieve and process patient health information
