Job Summary
To provide analytical support for medical staff processes, the full-time Medical Staff Quality Specialist will manage data reporting, oversee peer review investigations, and ensure data integrity while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze and report OPPE and peer review data, supporting investigations with medical staff leadership
- Design and manage databases, ensuring data quality and timely reporting for medical staff evaluations
- Track quality outcomes, participate in quality event reviews, and organize related meetings and documentation
Required qualifications:
- 3 years of relevant healthcare or clinical experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience managing FPPE, OPPE, and professionalism cases in medical staff offices
- Substantial experience with data analysis and statistical reporting
- Strong database management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
