Job Summary

Leading scientific strategy and project delivery, the full-time Medical Team Lead will manage account resources, develop high-quality content, and foster client partnerships while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for the successful delivery of assigned programs, managing risks and resource allocation effectively
• Develops strong client relationships and contributes to business growth through strategic communication and high-quality proposals
• Leads and mentors team members, setting measurable goals and fostering collaboration to enhance team performance

Required qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent experience) required
• Extensive experience in a medical communications agency or similar environment
• Proven experience in people management and developing others
• Experience in business development and pitch presentations preferred
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office suite and interpreting complex scientific data
