Medicare Account Resolution Specialist

Job Summary

Managing Medicare claims for accurate and timely processing, the full-time Medicare Account Resolution Specialist will resolve pending, denied, and incorrectly paid claims while working remotely in a fast-paced billing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve Medicare claims by identifying issues, correcting errors, and ensuring claims are returned to payment status
• Analyze denials to determine accuracy and complete necessary appeals, adjustments, or resubmissions
• Maintain detailed documentation and workflow updates within billing systems to support claim progression

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM with accuracy
• Experience in a high-volume workload environment with call monitoring or performance metrics preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
