Medicare Actuarial Services Manager

Job Summary

To support Medicare strategic initiatives, the full-time salaried Senior Manager, Actuarial Services will conduct strategic analysis, oversee tool development, and provide technical support while managing a team remotely within the Continental United States.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to Medicare strategic initiatives and planning
• Own tools and processes to support internal users' needs
• Train direct reports in technical skills and Medicare program knowledge

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• 6+ years of actuarial experience required
• Fellow or Associate of the Society of Actuaries required
• Membership in the American Academy of Actuaries highly preferred
• Experience with healthcare and Medicare Advantage actuarial practices
