Medicare and ACA Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Driving healthcare innovation, the full-time salaried Medicare and ACA Implementation Manager will lead the successful implementation of health plan initiatives and product execution while working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and manage implementation strategies and project plans for health plan products
• Lead cross-functional teams to create implementation plans and documentation for product rollouts
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory environments and ensure compliance with external state and federal regulations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a Healthcare-related field
• 3 years of experience in the health insurance industry or a related field
• Experience within Health Plan and/or project management is preferred
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) is preferred
