Job Summary

To support financial operations, the full-time remote Reimbursement Senior Analyst will prepare and review third-party financial accounting, cost reports, and reimbursement processes while collaborating with various departments to maximize reimbursement outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review Medicare and Medicaid settlement calculations and cost reports, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
• Perform reconciliation of third-party accounts and monitor claims to identify variances and recommend resolutions
• Coordinate training and mentorship for team members involved in reimbursement functions and manage complex projects to meet deadlines

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in data analysis and third-party financial accounting
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, and word processing software
• Experience with contractual allowances, cost reports, and audit processes
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred
• Two years of experience in Medicare, Medicaid, or governmental reporting is preferred
