Job Summary
To support compliance initiatives, the full-time Medicare Compliance Associate will manage investigations, coordinate compliance records, and assist with audits while working remotely across various states.
Key responsibilities
- Manage compliance investigations and ensure timely responses to alleged violations
- Coordinate and maintain compliance records and assist with internal and external audits
- Develop and oversee compliance training programs for employees and agents
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
- One or more years of compliance experience
- Experience in the insurance industry or related field (financial services or marketing)
- Carrier certification with MA/PDP
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws as well as industry regulations
