Medicare Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Medicare business operations, the full-time Agency Enablement Specialist will manage agent onboarding, compliance auditing, and customer retention strategies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Guide sales agents through the onboarding and contracting process with major Medicare carriers while ensuring compliance with licensing requirements
• Evaluate sales and support calls against compliance standards, identifying risks and providing feedback for training improvements
• Conduct proactive member engagement and handle inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction and retention

Required qualifications

• Strong experience in Medicare sales, operations, customer service, or retention, with familiarity in compliance and CMS guidelines
• Active health insurance license and Medicare certification, with the ability to maintain reciprocity across states
• Demonstrated adaptability and ownership in managing diverse tasks across licensing, compliance, and customer support
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex processes to various stakeholders
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to identify and resolve issues proactively
