Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Medicare Cost Reporting Auditor will conduct a range of financial, compliance, and operational audits, evaluate internal controls, and draft recommendations for process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct internal and external operational, compliance, and financial audits, evaluating internal controls
• Document business risks and draft audit reports with findings and recommendations for management
• Analyze data to identify deficiencies, fraud, or non-compliance with laws and policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a job-related field
• 3 years of auditing experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of auditing principles and practices
• Ability to analyze financial data and make recommendations based on findings
