Job Summary

Working remotely as a full-time Patient Enrollment Specialist Medicare, the candidate will manage patient interactions by quickly responding to new signups, explaining Medicare coverage, and booking initial doctor visits while adhering to a phone-first, non-clinical approach.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with new patients via phone to explain services and Medicare coverage
• Book initial doctor visits during calls to ensure timely care access
• Document patient interactions and follow up as needed to address urgent needs

Required qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN or RN license, or Community Health Worker (CHW) certification, or 2+ years of direct patient interaction experience
• Working knowledge of Medicare plans and services
• Comfortable with high-volume phone conversations focused on booking visits
• Reliable computer and internet connection, with a quiet space for patient calls
• Located in the United States
