Job Summary
To ensure compliance with ethical business practices and regulations, the full-time Medicare/Medicaid Compliance Associate will manage compliance investigations, coordinate audits, and assist in the development of compliance training programs while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage carrier compliance investigations and track responses to ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate and maintain compliance records, ensuring accuracy for federal and state regulations
- Assist with internal and external audits and provide guidance on marketing materials for compliance approval
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- One or more years of compliance experience
- Experience in the insurance industry or related fields such as financial services or marketing
- Carrier certification with MA/PDP
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local laws as well as industry regulations
