Job Summary
Providing expert guidance on regulatory compliance, the full-time Medicare/Medicaid Compliance Specialist will conduct technical research, manage risk assessments, and respond to carrier audits, with a remote work option available for those outside a 50-mile radius of Omaha, NE.
Key responsibilities
- Research complex compliance issues and provide timely technical responses citing appropriate sources
- Monitor regulatory changes and collaborate with legal counsel to implement necessary updates
- Assist in carrier audits and conduct annual risk assessments of call centers and partners
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five or more years of compliance experience in the industry
- Three or more years of experience working within federally mandated programs
