Medicare Product Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely from anywhere in the U.S., the full-time Senior Product Analyst will create and manage content for Medicare Advantage products, lead cross-functional initiatives, and ensure quality assurance while supporting product management strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Create, manage, and disseminate content for Group Retiree Medicare Advantage and standalone Prescription Drug Plans
• Lead as a subject matter expert with business partners and ensure consistency with member experience initiatives
• Collect, analyze, and present competitive data on Medicare Advantage to support product management and strategic decisions

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of professional-level Microsoft Office experience
• 1+ years of experience with Medicare Advantage products, including knowledge of the bid submission process
• 1+ years of experience in a managed care organization
• 1+ years of experience with content automation and data-based rule writing
• 1+ years of experience in creating CMS-required member materials
