Medicare Retention Manager

Job Summary

To maximize member retention, the full-time salaried Medicare Retention Manager will manage a team of retention performance managers, analyze retention challenges, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the member experience, all while working remotely from Florida, Texas, or New York.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage a team to develop and implement strategies for retaining Medicare beneficiaries
• Analyze data and trends to identify retention challenges and opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve member experience and satisfaction

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of related experience, preferably in the Medicare industry
• Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with Medicare sales is highly preferred
• Must reside in Florida, Texas, or New York and be willing to travel and work some weekends
