Medicare Retention Manager

Job Summary

Managing a team of retention performance managers, the full-time Medicare Retention Manager will develop and implement strategies to maximize member retention, analyze data to identify challenges, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance member experience, all while working remotely from Florida or New York.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team to develop and implement strategies for retaining Medicare beneficiaries
• Analyze data and trends to identify retention challenges and opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve member experience and satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of related experience, preferably in the Medicare industry
• Minimum of 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid sales is highly preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
