Medicare Sales Agent (NC Licensed)

Job Summary

Helping seniors navigate their Medicare options, the fully remote Medicare Sales Agent (NC Licensed) will conduct needs-based consultations, explain plan benefits, and guide customers through the enrollment process while working with qualified inbound leads.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct needs-based consultations with prospective Medicare beneficiaries
• Explain Medicare plan options, benefits, and coverage differences in an easy-to-understand manner
• Guide customers through the enrollment process and complete applications accurately

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Active Health Insurance License in your resident state prior to start date, maintained in good standing
• Medicare Line of Authority (LOA) required for residents of North Carolina
• 1+ years experience in sales, insurance, healthcare, call center, or a related environment preferred
• AHIP certification preferred
