Medicare Services Representative

Job Summary

Providing personalized support to Medicare members, the temporary Medicare Services Representative will assist with inquiries regarding enrollment, benefits, and claims while working remotely after an initial on-site training period in Akron, OH.

Key responsibilities

• Assist members by phone and in writing with enrollment, benefits, eligibility, billing, claims, and authorizations
• Document member inquiries and complaints accurately, routing them for resolution as needed
• Maintain compliance with confidentiality policies and meet quality and productivity standards

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (college experience preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support
• Medicare and/or health insurance background strongly preferred
• Proficient in Windows and comfortable navigating multiple systems
• Ability to work effectively from home with reliable internet and necessary equipment
