Medicare Stars Strategy Director
Job Summary
Leading the Part D Star Ratings strategy, the full-time remote Associate Director, Medicare Stars Strategy will manage a team of pharmacists, develop data-driven strategies to enhance medication adherence, and engage with clients to improve overall quality performance for Medicare clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Star strategy pharmacists in strategy development and analytics interpretation
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Part D Star Ratings for clients and internal teams
- Monitor key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of client-specific strategies and implement targeted interventions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD)
- 5+ years' experience with Medicare Part D Star Ratings
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to influence cross-functional partners
